Born in Long Island, New York, have lived in New Jersey, Connecticut, Arizona, California, and Oklahoma. Lived three years in Italy and Germany while in USAF.(Air Police: K-9 section). Now writing non-fiction book on the Romance genre. I was trained to be a philosopher and history teacher but have worked mostly in advertising, marketing, and real estate.
How a character changes
during the course of a novel is important. How the author changed during the
writing of that same novel is even more important. If the author experienced
character growth, that very energy will be evident in the book.”
You would have to be perfect to not be changed by the experience of writing a novel. And perfection recedes ever more quickly as we add years to our age. ☺
