Good quote... I remember when I used to write stories in high school and college. I would create these characters and put them into different situations. Now that I read them, I can see how unbelievable the character reaction to the situations truly are. The personality trait of the character and the reaction of that character didn't match.
It's crazy to see just how much work is put into every character of every story.
