However, in many cases you can tell by the cover if it is a 'hot' story and if it is a sweet romance. If it is hot the author wants you to know that so the cover will be suggestive. Mona's book above looks hot and Ruth's looks sweet. Book covers tell u...You're absolutely correct. Book covers tell us its a romance, but what is tough is telling if it is a sweet romance. That is why "bonnet books" are so popular.
